2024 WINE & DINE RACE WEEKEND
Join the Crowned Crew all weekend long at the Wine & Dine race weekend! Get ready for a weekend of pixie-dusted shopping, cheering on fellow runners, and enjoying delicious post-race celebrations. Whether you're showcasing the latest Crowned Athletics gear, supporting each other as you cross the finish line, or indulging in the festive flavors of the season, it’s going to be an unforgettable adventure! Don’t miss out on the fun and magic—we can’t wait to see you there!
- Discounts - EVERYTHING will be discounted 20% off (additional discounts cannot be combined but VIP points will be awarded). Pickup, reservations, and returns/exchanges services will not be provided at the Pop-Up Shop.
- Entry Queue - If you choose to arrive early, the line for entry will begin at 11am EST. If you arrive any earlier than that, we will kindly ask you to leave and return at 11am.
- Numbered Entry - Beginning at 11am, individuals will receive one numbered ticket per person, which will be honored at the 1pm opening of the Pop-Up Shop in sequential numerical order. If you are not physically present in line when your number is called, you will forfeit your place in line.
- Limited Inventory - All advertised collections will be available in all sizes (XS-XXXL) on site for purchase, but please note these are of LIMITED quantities. We will do our best to update the queue with collection sell outs if they occur.
- Sample Rack - If your size happens to sell out in available for purchase items, you can still use our sample rack to try on your sizes in sports bras, athletic tank tops, flow tank tops, jackets, skorts, and leggings for future online purchases.
- Transportation / Parking - We recommend taking the bus, skyliner, walking or uber/lyft. Parking is $30+

Sunday, November 3rd we will be cheering on all our Crowned Crew Half Marathoners at the Epcot Bus Stops between Miles 11 and 12 just before the runners head backstage on the left side of the course. Look for our Crowned Athletics signs and come say hi whether you're running or cheering!

It's time to party! Sunday, November 3rd from 5-7pm we will meet in Epcot at the Italy Pavilion along the water for some socializing and lots of celebration. Keep an eye on our Instagram stories in case the location has to change last minute. Also, make sure to arrive at the beginning if you want to be in the group picture.
