Long Loop Resistance Bands
You can do SO many different exercises with these - from shoulders, to back, to legs. I use all three intensities (#2 - #4) all the time. Simply put... these are amazing!
Dumbbells
A good standard set of dumbbells is always a good idea. I recommend getting one light set (5-10 lbs) and one medium set (15-25 lbs) that you can cover most exercises with. Need a little more intensity? Loop a resistance band around the dumbbell and there ya go!
Kick Back Strap
By FAR my favorite workout accessory is this kick back strap attachment. I've tried so many cable attachments at the gym for booty kick backs, and this one takes the cake. Just attach to your new loop resistance band, drive back with your heel, and feel the glute engagement. Believe me, it's a GAME CHANGER!
Booty Resistance Bands
Speaking of working the booty - these resistance bands are great for adductor and abductor exercises. I also love them for warm ups or throwing one on during deadlifts, squats, or hip thrusts for a little added resistance. Best part, there is non-slip on the inside so they won't roll up.
Core Sliders
Sliders are awesome not only for core, but also for legs and arms! Quick google search for "core slider exercises" and you will find things like mountain climbers, curtsy lunges, and sliding pushups. The sky's the limit!
Recovery Equipment
After all this working out, you must recover! Your muscles grow when they are getting the proper recovery time to heal themselves. A rolling stick is amazing to travel with and a foam roller is a household staple.
