Orders are shipped Monday – Friday (excluding weekends and holidays) within 2-5 business days from the order date, unless otherwise noted for order processing. You will receive an e-mail from us when your order is shipped. Unfortunately, we cannot modify or cancel an order after it has been processed. Shipping rate is determined by order weight and location. You may calculate your shipping rate before your order is processed by adding items to your cart. All orders placed online must be shipped and may not be picked up in person. All items ship from Southern California.
Shipping time and cost is dependent upon the shipping rate you choose at checkout and distance from Southern California. Ship time does NOT include 2-5 business days for order processing.
Domestic shipping options include:
USPS First Class Parcel*: 2-5 Business days (only available for packages less than 16 oz)
USPS Priority: 1-3 Business Days (includes insurance)

Transit time may be longer depending upon customs clearance. Tracking is unavailable in some countries after packages have left the United States. Crowned Athletics is not responsible for any applicable import taxes, duties, etc. on international shipments as required by your local carrier.
SHIPPING INSURANCEShipping insurance is provided at checkout by Route Package Protection. By deselecting the option, Crowned Athletics is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items. If you have an issue, please file a claim on their Route website.
When your order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address associated the order. You will also receive an email when your order has shipped with USPS tracking information. You can use that tracking number to locate your shipment on USPS.com.
Not all international orders have tracking information available once the item has left the United States. Most international orders include delivery confirmation once an item has reached its final destination in your country. If your international shipment shows a delivery confirmation and is not at your residence, please check with your local post office for pick up as there may be additional customs charges required.
If you have not yet received your order, please be sure to check your USPS tracking number provided in your Shipping Confirmation email. Tracking will show you when your package was shipped and the postal services transit history. If you purchased shipping insurance, you may file a claim on the Route website.
Tracking states Delivered, but you haven't received it
If your tracking shows your package was successfully DELIVERED, but you have not received it...do not panic! It is not uncommon for USPS to occasionally have incorrect tracking notifications. Please allow the full amount of business days for USPS to deliver the package. If you purchased shipping insurance, you may file a claim on the Route website. If you did not purchase shipping insurance, please email our support team to verify your shipping address was accurately attached to your order.
Incorrect shipping address was entered
If your shipping information was incorrect on your order, your package may be returned to Crowned Athletics by USPS. Shipping errors, due to incorrect customer information provided, will be invoiced for additional shipping fees.
Missing International order
International orders have limited tracking available and cannot be located by Crowned Athletics or USPS after your package has left the United States. You can try using your tracking number on your local postal services website to find further tracking information. Please allow the full amount of business days for the postal service to deliver the package.
Received incorrect item
If you have received the wrong item, please contact our support team with your name, order number and incorrect item that was delivered. We will take care of the issue at no additional cost to you!
