    Important Information for All Returns and Exchanges:

    • You have the option to return for a refund to the original form of payment, exchange for another item (does not have to be of same value), or receive a store credit.
    • Domestic exchanges and store credit return shipping labels are complimentary. Returns for a refund will deduct the cost of the return shipping label from your final refund amount. Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
    • Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection. They must be shipped in an opaque (non-see through) bag with adequate tape and protection.
    • Exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of the fulfillment date. Holiday orders placed between Black Friday & Christmas will have until January 31st to initiate a return.
    • Items purchased on sale are FINAL SALE (excluding Black Friday & discount codes).
    • DO NOT include extra items in your package that were not listed in your returns request. You will not be refunded for these.
    • DO NOT combine multiple return submissions into one package.
    • We cannot accept exchanges or returns on hair accessories or drinkware for hygiene reasons - these are FINAL SALE
    To Initiate a Return or Exchange:
    • Access returns center: returns.crownedathletics.com
    • If multiple orders were merged, please reference your ORIGINAL order numbers
    • If needing a different size of the same item: proceed to the return center, select "exchange," and then find available size. If the new size is out of stock, you will have to proceed as a return or pick a different (in stock) item. We CANNOT process an exchange with an out of stock item.
    • Please allow 3-5 days to process once received at our returns facility, followed by 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund request.

      Important: Please do not send products back to us without first filling out return form! We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange!


      Final sale items:
      For hygiene reasons - headbands, scrunchies, all other hair accessories, and drinkware are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.  
      Sale items are final sale. Discount coupons entered at checkout are not considered a sale item and are fine to return or exchange.
      Please do not send these items back to us as we will not refund or exchange them and we are unable to return them to you.
