- Items must be in original condition with tags still attached and are subject to inspection.
- Domestic exchanges/returns must be initiated within 30 days of order date.
- Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
- Items purchased on sale are not eligible.
- All accessories are final sale.
- We cannot accept exchanges or returns on hair accessories.
To Initiate the Return Process:
- For US returns: access returns center https://crowned-athletics.fabreturns.app
- Return shipping will be deducted from final refund amount
- Please allow 3-5 days to process once received at our office, followed by 5-10 days for your bank to process the refund request.
- For international returns: email firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate. Return shipping fees must be paid by customer.
To Initiate the Exchange Process:
- For US exchanges: access returns center https://crowned-athletics.fabreturns.app
- If needing different size of same item: proceed to return center, select "exchange," and then find available size.
- If needing new color or style: proceed to return center and select "store credit." Funds will be available for use once the return shipping label of original item as been scanned by carrier.

- If you are in the US, we will gladly ship your new item free of charge.
- For international exchanges: Best to proceed as full return with new purchase. Return shipping fees must be paid by customer. Email email@example.com to initiate.
Important: Please do not send products back to us without first filling out return form! We will not be able to issue a refund or exchange!
Final sale items:Headbands, scrunchies, and other hair accessories are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Please do not send these items back to us as we will not refund or exchange them and we are unable to return them to you.
