2024 SPRINGTIME SURPRISE RACE WEEKEND

Schedule:

• Thursday, April 18th early morning: Any Crowned Crew participating in the Springtime Surprise Yoga at Hollywood Studios can find each other on the left side of the stage.
• Friday, Saturday, and Sunday race mornings: Lot's of Crowned Crew like to meet in front of the DJ stage before the race start for a group picture. If you see any of the Crowned Team on the race courses, we will have special stickers to hand out!
• Friday, April 19th 12 - 5pm EST: Crowned Athletics Pop-up Shop at Disney's Swan Resort (1200 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista) in the Lake View Room. Discounted products and FREE gift with purchase!
• Sunday, April 21st early morning: Crowned Cheer area! Join us at the Epcot bus drop off between Mile 8 and 9 to cheer on our Crowned Crew 10 milers.
• Sunday, April 21st 5:30 - 7pm EST: Crowned Crew social meetup. Join us in Typhoon Lagoon Waterpark before the Springtime Splash after party!

Springtime Surprise Yoga:

Meetup with other Crowned Crew participating in runDisney's Springtime Surprise Yoga on Thursday, April 18th inside Hollywood Studios. Look for the sea of Crowned on the left side of the hub circle when facing the Chinese Theater stage.

Pop-up shop:

Come check out our exclusive Crowned Clubhouse on Friday, April 19th from 12 - 5pm located at Disney's Swan Resort (1200 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista) in the Lake View Room, adjacent to the pool area.

 

Try on and shop at discounted prices our Purple Arabian Nights (+ Jacket), Lily Pad, Riverbend, Pixie Flyer, and Wayfinder Princess Collections! It will be the event of the season - decked out with balloons, custom treats, & a FREE collectable gift with purchase! Important details:

• Discounts - EVERYTHING will be discounted (additional discounts cannot be combined but VIP points will be awarded). Pickup, reservations, and returns/exchanges services will not be provided at the Pop-Up Shop.
• Entry Queue - The line for entry will begin at 10am EST. If you arrive any earlier, we will kindly ask you to return at 10am. There is a coffee shop inside the Swan Resort with lots of beautiful walking paths to enjoy in the meantime.
• Numbered Entry - Beginning at 10am, individuals will receive one numbered ticket per person, which will be honored at the 12pm opening of the Pop-Up Shop in sequential numerical order. Please remain in line once you have received your numbered ticket.
• Limited Inventory - All advertised collections will be available in all sizes (XS-XXXL) on site for purchase, but please note these are of LIMITED quantities. We travel across the country to put on these Pop-Up Shops, bringing as much inventory as possible! We will do our best to update the queue with collection sell outs if they occur.
• High Demand Collections - Purchases of the Purple Arabian Nights Collection (+ Jacket) and the Wayfinder Collection will be limited to one of each apparel type per shopper.
• Sample Rack - If your size happens to sell out in available for purchase items, you can still use our sample rack to try on your sizes in sports bras, athletic tank tops, flow tank tops, jackets, skorts, and leggings for future online purchases.
• Transportation - We recommend taking the bus, skyliner, uber/lyft, or walking over from Epcot/Hollywood Studios. Self parking at the resort will be $30 and we are unable to validate.

Cheer Area:

Sunday, April 21st we will be cheering on all our Crowned Crew 10 Milers at Epcot's bus drop off area between Mile 8 and 9 before entering Epcot's backstage. Look for our Crowned specific signs and come say hi whether you're running or cheering! 

 

Transportation: We recommend either taking an early racers bus or sleeping in a little and taking an Uber to Epcot. The first runners usually show up around 5am and we stay until the very last runner!

Social Meetup:

It's time to party! Sunday, April 21st from 5:30 - 7pm near the water tower by Happy Landings - join us before the BRAND NEW Springtime Splash after party at Disney’s Typhoon Lagoon Water Park!

 

Please note: to attend this event, you'll need to buy a separate ticket through runDisney. Your ticket allows you to enter the waterpark at 5pm, but the official after party starts at 7pm. Our meetup is scheduled from 5:30 to 7pm, so you'll have time to enter the waterpark, grab some food and drinks, and socialize before the main party begins!
