JULY #CHALLENGE YOUR CROWN
In this month's #challengeyourcrown, it's time to move our LEGS! We've been sedentary TOO long in quarantine! We have a lot of runners in the Crowned Crew and strength training has major benefits to not only improve your time and carry you further distances but also keep your legs injury-free as we age. Just so happens that Crowned Athletics has the perfect tool for this - our new Fitness Princess Workout Band!

Starting July 1st, the goal is to move your legs at least 15 minutes each day for 10 days straight. Half of the days should involve some sort of resistance strength training and the other half can be cardio like running/walking, biking, HIIT, etc. The images shown below give you 5 different resistance band workout ideas you can incorporate into your strength training days (right-click to save to your phone for reference). Feel free to add weights to each exercise for even more work 💪 Throughout the challenge, we will also be posting these as video workouts on our Crowned Athletics Instagram.

Everyone who participates in the entire 10 days will receive a mystery coupon code (from at least 10% up to 25% off) to use on our website in the month of July. One GRAND PRIZE winner will receive a $50 Crowned Athletics gift card AND a Fitness Princess Workout Band for yourself, or to gift to a friend if you already have one.

- Post a daily photo in your Instagram feed or stories proving you completed your 15 minutes ie: show your workout station, screenshot your workout app, etc. Honor system people, don't let down the Crowned Crew

- On July 11th, email hello@crownedathletics.com with your Instagram handle so we can confirm your participation and issue your mystery discount code
