2023 WINE & DINE RACE WEEKEND
runDisney's Wine & Dine Half Marathon Weekend is NEXT WEEK and boy do we have a lot to go over! Keep reading for our entire Crowned Athletics activity schedule!
First things first - just like usual, the Crowned Crew will be racing together both in-person and virtually all weekend long! Play “find the crowned” on the race course and make sure to tag @crownedathletics in all your Instagram posts so we can repost everyone running together!
Schedule:
- Friday, Saturday, and Sunday race mornings: Lot's of Crowned Crew like to meet in front of the DJ stage before the race start for a group picture. If you see me (Kirsten) on the 5k or 10k course, I'll have free goodies and discount codes to hand out!
- Friday, November 3rd 12 - 5pm EST: Crowned Athletics Pop-up Shop at Disney's Swan Resort (1200 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista) in the Lake View Room. Discounted products and FREE gift with purchase!
- Sunday, November 5th early morning: Crowned Cheer area! Join us at the Epcot bus drop off between Mile 11 and 12 to cheer on our Crowned Crew 10 half marathoners.
- Sunday, November 5th 5pm EST: Crowned Crew social meetup - it's time to party! Join us in Epcot in front of the Italy pavilion along the water for some socializing and FREE goodies!

Pop-up shop:
Come check out our exclusive Crowned Clubhouse on Friday, November 3rd from 12 - 5pm located at Disney's Swan Resort (1200 Epcot Resorts Blvd, Lake Buena Vista) in the Lake View Room, adjacent to the pool area. Try on and shop at discounted prices our Enchanted Rose, Pumpkin Queen, Sister Witches, Call Me Tweet Me, and Glitter Black Collections! It will be the event of the season - decked out with balloons, live music, custom treats, & a FREE collectable gift with purchase!
*New this year - sample rack! Come try on all our different products in every size (XS-XXXL) to find your perfect fit for future launches. We have also expanded our fitting room facilities to enhance your shopping experience.
Transportation: We recommend taking the bus, skyliner, uber, or walking over from Epcot or Hollywood Studios. Self parking at the resort will be $30.

Cheer area:
Sunday, November 5th we will be cheering on all our half marathoners at Epcot's bus drop off area between Mile 11 and 12 before entering Epcot's backstage. Look for our Crowned specific signs and come say hi whether you're running or cheering! Keep an eye on our Instagram stories in case our location has to change last minute.
Transportation: We recommend either taking an early racers bus or sleeping in a little and taking an Uber to Epcot. The first runners usually show up around 5:30-6am.

Social Meetup:
It's time to party! Sunday, November 5th at 5pm - we will meet in Epcot in front of the Italy pavilion along the water for some socializing and lots of celebration. Keep an eye on our Instagram stories in case the location has to change last minute.
*New this year - FREE collectable gift for the first 25 attendants! Also make sure to arrive before sunset if you want to be in the group picture.
